All our branches shredded reams of paper on May 5 during North Shore Bank’s sixth annual Shredding Day.
We invited the public to drop off old personal documents for secure destruction at any branch. Shredding such documents is a great way to protect oneself against identity theft. The service was free, and many people showed up to take advantage of it. All the shredded paper will be recycled.
At our Brookfield Square branch, Brenden McDaniel of TV’s Hoarders and Milwaukee’s Action Organizing Services led two free seminars on how to clear up clutter and create a more organized environment in your home.
Shredding Day visitors also got to sign up for our drawing to win $1,500 in fuel.
