Second bank travel program kickoff draws nearly 100 people

Mickey Adams greets visitors interested in learning more about the travel program as Gail Matzke, left, awaits her turn to talk and Sharon Hack checks the frozen custard supply.

Representatives from some of our North Region branches launched a new travel program at our Allouez office on July 19. Nearly 100 people attended North Shore Bank’s Green Bay Travel Program, but not all were bank customers — yet, that is.

Staff asked everyone to complete a brief survey so that trips can be planned to appeal to the greatest number of people. The first daylong trip is scheduled for Sept. 14, departing from Green Bay and heading to Lake Geneva. “We already are getting a good response,” says Ashwaubenon Branch Manager Mickey Adams.

Mickey reports that a number of attendees mentioned having gone on trips like this in the past, and they are happy to see North Shore Bank now offering them.

It took a lot of help to make this such a successful event. May Allouez retiree, former CSR Marne Trudeau, worked the beverage table, greeting many customers she had not seen since she left.

Besides Marne, Mickey, and her college-age daughter Lindsey, others who pitched in were Ashwaubenon Branch Manager Gail Matzke, Howard/Green Bay West Branch Manager Sharon Hack, District Manager Kerri Collins, Marketing Coordinator Mary Ott, and Mortgage Lending Manager Chris Boland along with mortgage officers Sherry Leanna and John Rovinski.

Gail Matzke shares details of the travel program.
