Lease Accounting Specialist Alison Farris shares a favorite winter holiday tradition:

My most memorable holiday tradition was the Advent calendar my mom would hang up on Dec. 1. The calendar was a Christmas tree. Each day a new ornament would be added to the tree, and on Dec. 24, the star would be added to the top. My sister and I would always argue about who got to start the calendar because the most important part (at least to us at that age) was putting the star on the tree. We eventually had to keep track on the back of the box who started the calendar from the previous year.
