CSR Jenny Guzman enjoys being pampered during Cudahy’s employee appreciation day.

Cudahy Branch Manager Suzanne Thomas thought her four staff members deserved a bit of special treatment, so she put together an employee appreciation day for them on Sept. 28. Here’s the scoop:

With Lynn Jack’s help, I put together four gift bags filled with lotions and potions for the ladies. They were treated to lunch that day, and I invited in a friend, Gayle, who visits businesses to “pamper” employees. Gayle and a friend of hers gave my employees hand massages, and then put them in warm gloves to relax in. Each employee got a facial and then relaxed with a warmed neck wrap while their eyes were covered with soothing pads. While they relaxed, they were treated to a head and foot massage. After that, my very relaxed — even sleepy! — employees enjoyed lunch. (I did let them know the day before to bring makeup to reapply after their treat.)

Gayle is the only person I know who comes to businesses to do this, and I would highly recommend her to any manager who wants to treat employees. She uses products from BeautiControl and will bring catalogs and products for you to look over and order if you wish. No sales pressure.
