On Nov. 1, the Customer Support Center leader team met to discuss and celebrate another year of accomplishments. After the meeting, they headed to Cooper’s Hawk for lunch. Congratulations to both the leaders and everyone else in the CSC for your great work!

I congratulate all of you on another fine year. It is always a pleasure in working with your group. I think over the years I have been lucky enough to work with almost everyone individually in the CSC. Not only do I get the information I’m looking for, I usually get a good laugh too because everyone down there is fun to be around. Salute!
