North Shore Bank sponsored the children’s petting zoo at the Racine County Fair from July 24 to 28. Kids who visited our booth at the fair could make piggy banks and get Seymour Savings tattoos. The North Shore Bank photo booth was a real highlight — young visitors could get their pictures taken for free in silly farm animal hats and masks.
Employees and others who helped out were: Regency PB Joseph Beranis, Burlington Branch Manager Brian Bozek, Union Grove Branch Manager Lisa Brooks, Kenosha Branch Manager Robin Callis, Union Grove Teller Supervisor Sara Coppersmith, Westgate Teller Jessica Cranley, Business Relationship Manager Amber Frantz, District Manager Lauri Lunde, Northside and Westgate Branch Manager Sara Luther Hagerman, Northside Teller Shayla Noltee, Northside PB Katie Smith, Regency Teller Stephanie Vance and Westgate UB Tara Strom and her husband, Aaron. Zachary Nielsen, son of Union Grove PB Chris Nielsen, played Seymour in the hot, hot weather.
What a fun day. I’m so thankful for all the hard work from everyone who helped out that day. Looking forward to more fun in the sun next year.

Thanks to Lisa from Union Grove for putting such great effort into Kid’s Day! I had a blast helping out and spending time with Seymour in the sun, and am looking forward to being asked to volunteer again next year! Kudos to Lisa and her crew!
