The Retail Banking department held Wrap-Up Rallies on Oct. 29 and 30 to celebrate another successful fiscal year and recognize some of the employees who really help make North Shore Bank great.

Here are some highlights from the past year, courtesy of Senior VP of Retail Banking Steve Steiner:

• Our net promoter metric reached an all-time high of 55.8 percent. This is an industry measurement of how likely our customers are to recommend North Shore Bank to their friends and family.
• Investment sales reached $37.6 million — 20 percent higher than in 2012. We now have $215 million in investments under management.
• We added 444 new primary households during the past year, one-third more than our goal.
• Relationship profiling is up 11 percent, and proactive contacts are up 37 percent. Our branches’ relationship-building efforts are key to helping the bank and our customers achieve goals and identify gaps where we could improve.
