It’s not just our external customers whose satisfaction matters; North Shore Bank takes care of its internal customers, too. Commercial and Consumer Loan Closing Manager Barb Wisneski passed on this compliment from McHenry Branch Manager John Ryczek, who joined the bank fairly recently:
I just wanted to let you know of the awesome job [Senior Consumer Loan Specialist] Jessica Kohn has been doing. Coming from another bank, I can’t believe the type of service I get working at North Shore. It’s probably a testament to not just Jessica but also to how your whole department functions. Every question I have — even when it might not necessarily be one Jessica would know — she’s always polite and quick to answer it. My very first loan with North Shore was so effortless. We had only met one time during department visits, but she remembered me and was giving me updates in the hall when I was at Corporate for training and had no access to email. The switch to this company has really been an easy transition, and the type of service your department is providing makes it even easier.
