Milwaukee Capitol commits to SOAR for customers

Teller Supervisor Leisa Gavin, Teller Joy Smith, Teller Sandy Blackburn, Personal Banker Ruthie McDowell, Teller Candi Sibila and Super Service Soarer mascot Carol Herrmann show off their desire to SOAR — they’ve got the “smile” part down for sure! — at Milwaukee Capitol.

On Nov. 18, our Milwaukee Capitol branch introduced their customer promise statements at a branch meeting. Developed by a focus group of around 30 people from throughout the bank, these promises are meant to help the bank do an even better job of anticipating and meeting our clients’ needs.

The team there made a commitment to SOAR — the new bankwide acronym reminding employees to Smile, Offer assistance, Actually Listen and Respond to what customers say.

“Carol and team, this is terrific.Thank you for sharing,” VP Sue Doyle wrote in an email. “It is great to see Milwaukee Capitol take the lead and internalize these customer promise statements and SOAR together. It is great inspiration for others.”
