The results are in, and our October/November credit card promotion was a success, says AVP Michael Ebbensgard, our manager for sales and operations support. Over those two months, our branches took in 694 applications, and we approved 415 of those. “By asking the right questions and talking about the benefits that the NSB credit card offers, you have enhanced 415 customer relationships,” Michael says. “Great job!”

Besides the bank’s own incentives, Élan also ran an exclusive sweepstakes contest with prizes for employees who generated credit card applications that were successfully approved. Burlington Personal Banker Kristina Roberts won the sweepstakes grand prize of a whopping $500. Kristina brought in 30 applications, and 24 of those were approved. Awesome work, Kristina!
