Cudahy Personal Banker Rebecca Dougherty had a couple of customers singing her praises recently. Her manager, Marissa Peters, explains:
“A couple came in to open an estate account and didn’t realize they would need an EIN number to do so. Instead of simply turning them away with some information, Rebecca took the time to research and help them apply for an EIN with them right there in her office! This is just one of the MANY examples of the great customer service Rebecca gives our customers each and every day. She is a huge asset to the Cudahy location.”
