Krista and Brittany with Kourage.
North Shore Bank sponsored and had a booth at Elmbrook Humane Society’s seventh annual Wagfest on Sep 6 at Mitchell Park in Brookfield. DM Cristen Baumann reported that more than 6,000 people — many accompanied by their dogs, and at least one with a cat — came out for the event.

Molly and Maria shared their smiles with visitors at Wagfest.
Maria Baumer, Margie Brusa, Brittany Dahlke, Anne Kagerah, Nicole McKenzie, and Krista Stone helped out at Wagfest. Krista’s corgi Kourage — no stranger to Shorelines — lent a paw, too, as did Maria’s daughter Molly Mortimer and Nicole’s daughter Alexis.

“Our rolling cooler stuffed with dog toys and treats was one of the most popular raffle items,” Cristen reports. It was a great way for her to start conversations with attendees about North Shore Bank. And lots of folks and their pets visited our booth, too.

Krista got Kourage ready to rep the bank in an NSB tee.
“Kourage had a great time!” Krista says. “She was so excited to see other dogs and meet new people. She did her first run on a lure course, and she loved it until she realized she was chasing a plastic bag and lost interest. She was tired for a good two days. I cannot wait till next year!”
You look awesome in that t-shirt Kourage! Sounds like a fun time was had by all!
Brittany and Krista – thank you for being such good representatives our of branches! It was a fun day….
