Service Anniversaries
You can congratulate your coworkers on their anniversaries in the comments.
“I’m so glad North Shore Bank took a chance on me 10 years ago, as I was coming to the organization with no prior banking experience,” says East and Shorewood Area Manager Dane Didier. “I’m pleased with my accomplishments over that time, and I’ve appreciated the growth opportunities I have received. My favorite part of my job has been to see many of those who have worked for me grow beyond their initial roles to take on bigger challenges within the organization. I’m proud to have been a part of their development.”
“I can’t believe it’s been 5 years already!” says Cudahy Branch Manager Robyn Applegarth. “I am so fortunate to be able to work with so many fantastic people here at North Shore, and really enjoy getting to know the customers.”
North Shore Shape Up
Don’t rush with the toothbrush. It sounds counterintuitive, but it can actually hurt your teeth to brush right after eating or drinking, particularly if you’ve just consumed something acidic, like citrus fruit or soda. The acid in foods and beverages softens tooth enamel, cautions Howard R. Gamble, immediate past president of the Academy of General Dentistry, and firm brushing at that time may wear away the enamel even faster. Give it at least a half hour before you grab the Colgate.
