Results from the recent SOAR survey on the Mortgage Origination and Loan Administration departments are in. Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide us with valuable feedback on the service you receive from our departments. We implemented a number of changes based on the 2014 SOAR survey, and we are happy to hear that these changes have led to positive results. The feedback we receive from the SOAR survey helps us measure our progress on delivering on our customer promise statements to our internal customers.
