From HR: Bank launches new job-shadow program

We were happy to host North Shore Bank’s first two job-shadow participants on Oct 15 in the Deposit Services department. The shadowing experience covered a lot of ground in this busy department, and the participants came away with a better understanding of what happens on the other end of some of their own everyday work activities. Read on to find out more about the job shadow and how you can participate in an upcoming session.

Send in photos and stories for Veterans Day!

Veterans Day is coming up on Nov 11, and Shorelines wants to honor the troops who have served our country. If you are a military veteran or have any veterans in your family, please share a photo at shorelines@northshorebank.com. We’ll run the photos on Nov 12, along with stories about these service people.

Webster Elementary Fall Fest: Allouez employees handed out around 300 Halloween bags at Webster Elementary School in Green Bay’s Fall Fest last week. The bags included candy, color-changing straws, toy slime, and promotional materials for North Shore Bank. The branch has been part of the school’s Candy Walk for three years. “The kids loved it, and the school really appreciated us volunteering to help them raise funds for events throughout the school year,” reported ABMS Hilary Izzard.

Kudos

“Thank you for reaching out, Greg,” a customer responded after MLO Greg Kroll checked in to see how things were going with her new home loan. “Everything is wonderful. I am thrilled to be on the east side and love my new home. Thank you (and your staff at North Shore) for valuing me as a longtime customer. I appreciate it and, because of the high level of service you and your team provide, I would never think to go elsewhere.”
