Madsen honored as Door County Affiliate of the Year

Last month, the Door County Board of Realtors named our Mortgage Loan Officer Rebecca Madsen their Affiliate of the Year for 2015. The award goes to only one individual in the county each year. Every realtor in the county has a chance to vote on the recipient, and, Rebecca says, they take it “very seriously.” Read more about Rebecca and how she earned this terrific honor.

North Shore Shape Up

Got the sniffles? Hit the gym: New research upholds scientists’ longtime belief that exercise strengthens our immune systems. Interestingly, that’s because exercise increases inflammation in the body — and inflammation is one of the ways our bodies fight off germs. Even just walking at a quick pace for 30 minutes on a daily basis may shrink your waistline, raise your energy level, and help you avoid a nasty flu.
