North Shore Bank employees recently learned about the importance of ergonomics in the workplace, when physical therapist Rebekah Pogwizd of Freedom Physical Therapy Services put on a presentation at Corporate. Rebekah showed attendees some simple ways to arrange our workspaces, as well as which kinds activities and behaviors are ergonomically healthy, which aren’t, and some great stretches and movements to improve our posture throughout the workday.
