In March, young family members of bank employees helped decorate the stairwell at Corporate by submitting artwork for the Stairwell Motivational Gallery.

The idea was to send encouraging messages to Corporate employees seeking exercise by taking the stairs. The opportunity to create the works of art was open to children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and any other employees’ family members who were 17 years old or younger.

After the kids submitted their work, employees voted on their favorite pieces, based on criteria including creativity of the piece, the message, and how motivational or clever it was.
