Our Grafton branch partnered with the Adult Literacy Center of Ozaukee for our bankwide Community Shredding Day on May 7. The ALC held a brat fry fundraiser during the event, and also set up a table inside the branch to sell doughnuts and talk about the organization’s mission.
“We partnered with ALC for a brat fry this past fall, but they brought in 50 percent more in donations on Shredding Day, due to the increased traffic,” Grafton Branch Manager Jon Coleman said. He said the nonprofit raised $535 and was “extremely pleased with the results.” Jon joined the ALC’s board, and Personal Banker Coral Jordan joined its finance committee last year.
