More pictures have rolled in from our bankwide training on the new business checking products. At branches and at Corporate, employees played games and participated in activities to learn about the new products.
One branch per region was randomly selected as a winner from among the branches who completed all of the activities. Winners were:
- North Region: Menasha
- Metro North: Fox Point
- South Region: Oak Creek
- Metro South: Muskego
Here are some photos from around the bank:
“We had such a fun time today playing Jeopardy,” reported Burlington Branch Manager Robin Callis. “We even involved our mortgage officer, Pam Lanting, in the fun! Business Relationship Manager Nicole Martain was present for our Meet the Manager Event, so she offered to be Alex Trebek, so that all of the staff could play the game.” Pictured are ABMO Barb Blazina, Teller Tiffany Keel, Nicole, Pam, and Universal Banker Justin Kasten.
“Thank you for putting these activities together,” East Branch Manager Dane Didier wrote to Sue Doyle, Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. “The team learned and retained the information through these activities and enjoyed the camaraderie created as well. I hope we can do things like this in the future.” Pictured are ABMO Tammy Alberts, Dane, and Tellers Audrey Elliott and Laura DeBruin.
“We finished our business activities today!” Muskego Branch Manager Katie Presser wrote to Sue. “Thank you for planning these activities to help with the rollout of the business checking changes. We had a lot of fun with it. We especially enjoyed the Jeopardy game.” Katie is pictured with branch Jeopardy winner Teller Sara Speich.
Fox Point gives the activities 10 thumbs up! Pictured are Teller Evelyn Heu, ABMO Beth Wianecki, Teller Victoria Beadle, Branch Manager Carol Bergen, and Mequon Branch Manager Farrah Mason.
“Even the Commercial Lending team is enjoying testing their knowledge for the new small-business product rollout,” said Margaret Capper, VP, Business Banking. Above, Nicole Martain, Cash Management Coordinator Kim Imroth, Business Relationship Manager Cheri Cicona, and VP and Commercial Loan Officer Jim Goetz test their knowledge.
Business Banking Officer Rei Lopez, Business Relationship Manager Jeremy Schmidt, and Penny Foust, VP, Commercial Treasury Solutions, took part at Corporate, too. Rei and Nicole took first place for their teams.
Personal Banker Ashley Singstock, Teller Supervisor Shayla Noltee, Universal Banker Erma Schroeder, and Teller Erik Bankhead gambled their way toward greater knowledge at Regency.
