“I still remember my telephone conversation with (Community Lending Manager) Miguel Pesqueira about an open position at North Shore Bank,” recalls Preston Chybowski, who was promoted from Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager to Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator. “I played high school football and basketball with his son. I was hired straight out of college by (Commercial Credit Manager) Mark Ohlert. Ultimately, he was the one who rolled the dice on me! While on the job, I learned a lot from (Chief Credit Officer) Larry Wickter about loan structuring techniques and underwriting methods, which I will use throughout my career. Before moving to the sales side, I worked primarily with my current boss, (Commercial Real Estate Lending Manager) Eric Freeman, so this was the right step in my development here at North Shore Bank.”

“Thank you to everyone who helped me get to where I am now,” says Pulaski Universal Banker Samantha Frank, who was promoted from Teller. “I know this is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for me.”
