The 2016 Racine County Fair is running through July 31. The event features competitive youth and adult exhibits, children’s entertainment, national entertainment, tractor pulls, demo derbies, midway rides, food, and animal and agricultural displays. Today will be Children’s Day at the fair, when North Shore Bank will offer crafts for kids in the Hospitality Tent and a chance to win prizes.
Taste of Wisconsin, presented by North Shore Bank, takes place July 29-31. Admission is free, and there will be live music, family fun, and plenty of food.
North Shore Bank’s Taste of Lake Country also takes place July 29 and 30 at Pewaukee Lake Park. It’s a great event for the entire family.
The Sussex & Lisbon National Night Out is part of a nationwide event on August 3 to promote neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships. There will be food and games, as well as educational opportunities.
Starting on August 4, North Shore Bank presents “August Nights” at Jackson Park, a free concert series throughout the month on Thursday evenings. The first show features Cache & The Pueblo Latino Orchestra, “an exuberant ensemble offering exciting Caribbean and Latin music.”
And it’s Princess Night 2 on August 6 at North Shore Bank Family Night with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Lots of fun for kids and families.
