New, improved Online Banking rolling out next month

North Shore Bank will launch a new Online Banking system on September 19, reports Product & Channel Marketing Manager Karen DeGarmo. The new system will provide customers with a user-friendly system and adds some great new features, such as Trends, a personal finance management system similar to Mint. Customers will be able to enter information about their assets, as well as bring in data from outside sources such as an investment account. Trends will give customers the opportunity to see their whole financial picture in one place. Other great time-saving features will be the ability to send us secure messages through Online Banking and to set up new alerts for accounts.

We will continue to offer the same useful features customers are used to, such as Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and eStatements, to name a few.
