It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

New Ashwaubenon Teller Gerardo Flores Martinez is from Wausau and moved to Green Bay about a year ago. He says, “I used to work in my parents’ restaurant and decided to look for a job in the financial field, as I am studying accounting and marketing at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.” In his free time, Gerardo likes to play guitar practice scratching on turntables, or go for a run.

New Sussex Teller Lauren Heislen is from Oconomowoc. Her last job was at the Piggly Wiggly in Hartland, and she is attending Waukesha County Technical College to get an accounting degree. “I was a North Shore Bank customer for six years before becoming an employee!” she says.

Danielle Koepsell is a new Teller at Oak Creek; she used to work at the Amazon warehouse in Kenosha and at the Pick ‘n Save in Oak Creek. “An interesting fact about me is that one of my sisters and I share the same birthday,” she says. “However, she was born in 2000, and I was born in 1994. So we’re not twins — we’re actually six years apart.” Cool!

And new Fox Point Teller Crystal Moore is from Milwaukee and previously worked as a customer service rep and greeter for Time Warner Cable. “I love cooking and spending time with my family,” she says. Welcome, Crystal!
