One of my longtime customers has been losing her sight over the past few years, and now has a service dog who is one of our best-behaved customers.

The customer sent Carol the photo above, with a note: “My seeing-eye dog picked out this Santa hat, and she is all dressed up for the holiday festivities and the snow.” The customer has banked with North Shore for 18 years, and her companion is a golden retriever. Happy howlidays!
