New Hires for December 8

It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Brookfield Capitol personal banker Larrisa Gilbert is from Milwaukee and worked for Lands’ End as a sales leader before joining North Shore Bank. “I lived in Alaska for a couple of years,” she notes. “That was interesting!”

Menasha teller Sondra Hornes is from Sherwood. “I have always lived there,” she says. Previously, she was a security officer. Sondra has a degree in forensic science. “It would be like CSI work,” she says. “Dealing with dead people.”

Domingo Martinez, the assistant branch manager–sales at Brookfield Square, is from Milwaukee. Before coming to North Shore Bank, he was a technical recruiter for Manpower. Domingo has a degree in criminal justice.

El Rey teller Blanca Perez-Sanchez is originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, in Mexico, but was raised in Milwaukee. Previously, she was working a sales rep at T-Mobile. She is majoring in public relations at Cardinal Stritch University and double minoring in Spanish and communications. “I am only 4’11, so I’m technically considered a midget,” Blanca says. “Sad but true.”

Universal banker Joshua Sales is from Park Falls and previously worked as a sales rep for AT&T and a program coordinator for the Boys & Girls Club. He’s also a graduate of UW-Stout. Joshua says: “I co-own 80 acres of hunting land and can touch my tongue to my nose.”

Northland teller Nathan Scheuers is from Fox Lake. In his last job, he was an assistant store manager for Family Video in Ashwaubenon. He also worked at Treasure Village Children’s Theatre for his third summer this year. “During my sophomore year of college, I wrote, directed, and scored an original musical with my friends,” Nate says. “It was about the 2010 Winter Olympics and called Canada! The Musical?

Treasury management operations specialist Lindsey Schneider is from Brookfield and previously worked in treasury management operations support for Bank Mutual. “I have three boys and like to bake for fun,” Lindsey says.
