Personal banker Emmeline Knight, universal banker Brittany Gay, branch manager Tavie Folk, and universal banker Rachel Everard in their team colors.

The team at Howard-Suamico put on their green-and-gold jerseys last Friday, January 6, to support the Green Bay Packers heading into the team’s Sunday playoff game. It must have worked, because the Pack trounced the New York Giants 38-13. •••

Tiya says, “I like to sing gospel songs when I feel overwhelmed or irritated — semi-loud.” •••

North Shore Shape Up: Watch for leg cramps
Near the end of a post offering tips on how to relieve your achy legs, the folks at the Move It Monday! blog offer this important note:

Experts say that if your legs cramp up when you’re walking down the street for no obvious reason, it’s time to schedule a doctor’s appointment. The pain may be due to sciatica, deteriorating disks, a vascular occlusion (blockage of a blood vessel), or a neurological condition, among others. Don’t wait to get yourself checked out.

Good advice. If your legs are cramping up and you’re not sure why, make an appointment with your doctor ASAP. •••
