First annual SOAR Awards recognize three
Our inaugural annual SOAR Together Awards were presented on Friday, April 7, to our three outstanding winners. The award selection committee was pleased to review 31 nominations this year, and it was great to learn about the many ways North Shore Bank employees are demonstrating the SOAR Together principles.

Our SOAR Together winners were each nominated by their co-workers in one of three categories: Outstanding Customer Service, Legacy Leader, and Community Involvement. The inaugural winners truly exemplify the best in living out our customer promises and have gone above and beyond, based on their nominations. See who our three winners are!

Appleton Northland staff hop to it at Festival Foods

Appleton Northland employees helped out at Festival Foods’ Bunny Hop on April 8. The annual event features the Easter Bunny along with activities and treats for kids. North Shore Bank employees handed out goodie bags to young’uns as they entered the store. •••

West Allis debuts video tellers, thanks colleagues

Our West Allis branch has rolled out its new video teller machines. “While the interior of the branch is still going through a remodel that is a few months from being completed, the new video tellers are now available to help customers in our drive-thru,” says branch manager Shannon Weber. “West Allis employees have also been helping our customers by showing them how easy it is to use the new video teller systems. It is SO COLD, but that hasn’t stopped us.”

Shannon and her team want to say thank you to all the North Shore Bank employees who have come over to help staff the West Allis branch and made it possible to help customers through this transition. “All the help is GREATLY appreciated!” she says. •••

Colleagues surprise Jackson with bridal shower

Credit sales representative Glenda Jackson got married on March 22 in Las Vegas. A week earlier, her co-workers threw her a celebration.

The party was a total surprise for Glenda, who said she’d had no idea it was happening. Congratulations to Glenda and new husband Sherman! You can see a photo from the wedding here!
