Our West Allis branch has rolled out its new video teller machines. “While the interior of the branch is still going through a remodel that is a few months from being completed, the new video tellers are now available to help customers in our drive-thru,” says branch manager Shannon Weber. “West Allis employees have also been helping our customers by showing them how easy it is to use the new video teller systems. It is SO COLD, but that hasn’t stopped us.”

Shannon and her team want to say thank you to all the North Shore Bank employees who have come over to help staff the West Allis branch and made it possible to help customers through this transition. “All the help is GREATLY appreciated!” she says.
