Our Regency, Burlington, and Union Grove branches are partnering with Two Men and a Truck to be a part of Movers for Moms, a program in which organizations collect essential care items for women staying in local domestic abuse or homeless shelters in honor of Mother’s Day. Wish list items include: nice soaps, hair styling products, shampoos and conditioners, pillows, blankets, slippers, and other basic clothing items. Drop them off at the branches listed above by May 12.
The No Child Wet Behind Diaper Drive and 5K Run takes place in Green Bay this Saturday, May 13. The event helps collect diapers for low-income families in Green Bay and the surrounding areas, as well as community outreach organizations. Participants can enjoy children’s activities, food, and more.
There will be a Racine County Business Resource Event in Union Grove on Tuesday, May 16. The topic is emotional intelligence and networking.
The Run for Home 5K to Help Victims of Trafficking takes place Saturday, May 20, in Brookfield, Mukwonago, and Waukesha. Elmbrook Church, Brooklife Church, and Brew City Church are partnering with Exploit No More to end human trafficking in Milwaukee once and for all.
And it’s North Shore Bank Family Night at the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers on Saturday, May 20, at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton. All Saturday games feature kid-friendly surprises, and kids can run the bases following the game. Stay for the post-game fireworks!
