In February, our internal customers were invited to take the SOAR Together* internal survey and rate their satisfaction with the level of service they received from North Shore Bank’s South District** branches. The South District received 378 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” The internal SOAR survey ratings were graded on a scale of 1 to 7, with 1 being “Not easy to work with” and 7 being “Very easy to work with.”
I am proud to announce that the South District scored 6.38 overall. Kenosha Central, Oak Creek, and Cudahy received the highest scores in our group, with each branch exceeding 6.50.
The survey also asked if the respondent wished to recognize a particular person in the South District, and we received 106 employee recognitions. The branch that led the way with most name recognitions was Oak Creek (18), with Kenosha Central and Regency tied for second, with 16 name recognitions each.
Additionally, we received about 350 other comments relating to experiences working with one of the branches. While many comments were positive, the comments are being reviewed and action plans put in place where there are improvement opportunities.
These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt the amount of care each location has for its internal customers. Thank you very much for completing this South District survey; your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire South District.
*A note about the new format for these surveys: Beginning with the survey for the South District, you’ll notice we’ve changed the question-and-answer format for our SOAR Together satisfaction surveys. They are more concise and now follow a format similar to our external customer engagement surveys. We want to know how easy it is to work with a particular department or branch, and if there is someone you’d like to recognize. We hope you enjoy the simpler format; we look forward to serving everyone better!
