By Kerri Collins, VP and District Manager
In August, our internal customers were invited to take the SOAR Together internal survey and rate their satisfaction with the level of service they received from the North District branches. The district received 297 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” The internal SOAR survey ratings were graded on a scale of 1 to 7, with 1 meaning “not easy to work with” and 7 signifying “very easy to work with.”
I am proud to announce that the North District scored 6.68 over all, with 90 percent of the responses stating “easy to do business with.” Pulaski, Green Bay East, Northland, and Green Bay West received the highest scores in our group, with each branch exceeding 6.70.
The survey also asked if there was a particular person in the North District the respondent wanted to recognize, and we received 108 employee recognitions. The branch that led the way with most name recognitions was Green Bay East, with 15. Allouez placed second, with 14, while Green Bay West and Menasha tied for third, with 13 name recognitions each.
Below are just two of the recognitions:
“Hali Thompson is always a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She is definitely a great asset to NSB. And I know to brighten up her day, I just have to send her a Gizmo pick-me-up!”
“Emmeline Knight has helped me and many of my co-workers on Spanish calls, and has been a great asset to me personally with questions I have had. All-around great person and amazing employee!”
Additionally, we received several other comments on the experience of working with North District branches. While most were positive, the comments are being reviewed and action plans put in place where there are improvement opportunities. These results demonstrate without a doubt the amount of care each location has for its internal customers. Thank you very much to everyone who completed this survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire North District.
