Rising Stars
Our Rising Star for September is video teller Erika Garcia. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
Erika received this compliment: “You answered multiple times this week when I tapped into Video Teller to test/check in. I love that you answer with a smile on your face and great eye contact. It is clear that you are ready and excited to assist our customers on each and every transaction. Thank you for representing the branches and the VT dept so well. We are lucky to have you!”
