Barb received this lovely compliment: “Barb, your dedication to our indirect lending customers is extraordinary. You are the expert when it comes to interest explanations and duplicate lien releases. I received the following feedback from a very satisfied loan customer: ‘I was selling my boat and needed a clear title. Barb was able to take care of all of my needs. What a great customer experience. The next opportunity I have to work with North Shore Bank and take out a loan, I will.’”
Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for November are Northland teller Kimberly Balser, customer assistance rep Melissa Sanchez, and Forest Home teller Chyloe Vigil. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
Melissa got these kind words: “Congratulations, Melissa, on an outstanding job assisting your customer and putting his mind at ease about the recent compromise. He had a lot of concerns, and you handled all of his questions beautifully. He stated you were amazing and a rock star! He also said you took a bad situation and made it much, much better for him. What a great customer compliment! Way to go, Melissa. Thank you for doing an amazing job!”
