Customers recently shared their praise for Milwaukee Capitol teller supervisor Tawanda Kelly (pictured at left) with a note. After acknowledging the great job branch manager Erica Hughes (at right) had done on their loan application, the couple explains that they ran into a “snafu” over Memorial Day weekend.

Tawanda, they said, “did everything possible, spending extra time to help fix our situation. It makes our heart joyful to see such dedication and customer service. We will continue to support a company who keeps employees like her.” Nice work!
