A customer thanked senior residential loan specialist Marta Acosta this week for her excellent customer service with a rose plant. Marta is pictured above with her gift.

“She was extremely thankful that I took the time to meet with her and go over all the initial application disclosures,” Marta said. “Taking the time to show that we care about our customers made her happy and she was back the following day to thank me with the rose plant. It was very nice of her to do that!”

And a customer called Corporate with nice things to say about Westgate teller Jessica Cranley and teller supervisor Lisa Gagliardi. The customer described the two as “the most awesome-sauce tellers ever! They know me by name, make me feel valued, and take pride in their work. They know the meaning of good customer service and they show it.” Nice work, everybody!
