Seymour Salutes
Here are the October winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

• Carolyn Lyrenmann, Area Branch Manager, Southridge

Carolyn and Rising Star senior customer assistance rep Lori Zaleski received this joint customer compliment: “North Shore employees are always very helpful, whether by phone or at my local branch at 76th and Edgerton in Greendale. Don’t get rid of the personal touch that all of these employees provide.” The customer further shared her appreciation for the quality service we provide and our great people, commending North Shore Bank’s ability to hire smart, passionate employees and provide them with a foundation of knowledge.

She raved about Carolyn’s consistent above-and-beyond customer service, saying Carolyn was always willing and able to help and that her follow-up is extremely quick. She specifically thanked Carolyn again for her help with her mother’s estate. And she could not say enough about Lori’s vast knowledge and the skillful solution Lori provided when the customer called about her worn debit card. Well-deserved compliments from a very satisfied customer!

Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for October are Brookfield Square teller Ryan Halloran, Sussex teller supervisor Jessie Krajcir, Northside teller Sam Mickelson, and Lori Zaleski. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Sam received two compliments: “Thank you so much for helping me out Monday and closing the branch. It is so appreciated that you are so flexible to help me out personally, as well as your fellow co-workers. You are the best!” and “Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for volunteering to work on your day off. It means so much to me and to the other staff. You are awesome!”
