Rising Stars
Our Rising Star for July is senior customer assistance representative Megan Wick, and our Rising Star for August is senior customer assistance representative Danny Slattery. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
Danny received this note: “I just wanted to shout-out how amazing your customer service is in the call center. I have spoken to you on numerous occasions and every time is a pleasure. You have a great tone and compassion for customer care and are always eager to help.”
