“Since my grandsons live in northern Texas, I am only able to enjoy their trick-or-treating via Facebook,” says Burlington branch manager and AVP Robin Callis. “Here, they are dressed as pirates at the Heard Natural Science Museum for the ‘Dinosaurs Live!’ exhibit. They know more about dinosaurs than Nana and Papa do, so we learn something new each time we visit!”

Go get ’em, tiger! Royce is ready to swing into action.

Germantown branch manager Erica Hughes’s son Royce, 3, dressed up as Spider-Man to visit the Harvest Festival. “He had a great time,” she says. “They bobbed for doughnuts on a string, instead of bobbing for apples in a bucket, due to the coronavirus. The highlight for him was feeding fake eyeballs to a handmade monster!”

Branch operations support supervisor Beth Wianecki and two relatives dressed up as the witch heroines of 1993’s Hocus Pocus. “We ended up postponing a vacation from the spring due to the pandemic and rescheduled for the week of Halloween,” she says. “We rented a huge house in Phoenix with my in-laws and decided to celebrate on our own as witches! We did put a bowl of candy out for kids trick-or-treating and occasionally made it a point to show up at the door and yell, ‘Winnie, I smell children!’”

Lending QC specialist Kaitlin Czarnecki’s son Aiyden, 2½, dressed as Bruce Banner’s incredible alter ego. “He had a great time!” she says. “LOTS of candy!”

And senior secondary market specialist Marzena Kroll’s 8-year-old son Jackson dressed up as the Mandalorian (accompanied by Baby Yoda) and 7-year-old daughter Olivia went as the Wicked Witch. “They got more than enough candy and we had a lot of fun,” Marzena says.
