For Carrie: “Congratulations on a fantastic customer compliment! You wowed him with your service. He called concerned that he was being scammed and that his accounts were vulnerable. You put him at ease, answered all of his questions, and took great care of him. He said you did a wonderful job. He also stated that he has been a customer for 40 years and the service we provide is the reason. Outstanding job, Carrie! Thank you!”
And this note for Lori: “Wow — I heard you went above and beyond on Saturday taking care of your customers with debit card transactions. You stayed late to ensure your customers were taken care of and that you got solutions for them. Sounds like it was quite busy and you provided outstanding service! Way to go! Thank you, and I know your customers appreciated you.”
Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for October are customer care rep Andja Gligorevic and customer assistance rep Elise Lueneburg. Andja got this nice message: “Thank you for jumping in this morning and offering to complete another staff member’s task. Your willingness to be a part of the team definitely has been noticed and is appreciated. Thank you for being an asset to Customer Care and North Shore Bank.”
