First off, we are looking for a Loan Funding Representative. To succeed in this role, a candidate must have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills (including keeping separate loan folders intact)
• Willingness to continue working until the job is done
• Strong math skills
• Affinity for numbers
• Ability to prioritize

Knowledge of dealer loans or titles would be helpful too, as would knowledge of leasing.

The bank is also looking for a new Residential Loan Specialist. This position can be based out of either Corporate or Green Bay. Applicants must have:

• Attention to detail
• Keen sense of ownership and urgency
• Desire to help get our borrowers into the home of their dreams, a lower payment, or whatever their goals may be
• Ability to put together the pieces of the puzzle
• Desire to be the face of North Shore Bank to our customers
• Ability to adhere to strict guidelines
• Willingness to continue working until the job is done
