You have come to exactly where you are meant to be. Everything in your life has led to this moment. You can’t change that, so practice just being here, noticing where you are.
Try this meditation for one minute every day, or longer if you want to:
BE FULLY PRESENT IN THIS MOMENT. Resist the urge to let something else have your attention. Bring yourself to the present, again and again. Can you feel a calm there, a centering?
