Watch your sugar intake — it affects your mental health as well

We all know sugar isn’t good for our weight and has other negative effects on the body. What’s less well known is that eating sugar affects our mental health too. As UMR’s Healthy You magazine explains, research shows a link between sugar and depression and anxiety.
