Earn up to $2,600 in incentives by referring a successful new hire

Know anyone who’d be great to work with? North Shore Bank’s employee referral program offers great incentives, including a cash reward of $1,000 to $2,000 for qualified referrals.

Other incentives include a $100 gift card, given during your referral’s first week here; and, every quarter you make a qualified referral, the chance to win a $500 shopping spree on the Seymour Salutes Point Recognition website.

“There are so many reasons employees of North Shore Bank should refer others to work here,” says customer assistance rep Jailine Barbosa, who won the shopping spree last quarter. “With so many people unemployed, those of us with great jobs should help our friends and family get their foot in the right door. Offering someone you trust an opportunity to work for a company you value not only helps out that friend or family member, it also gets you some fantastic incentives through the referral program.”

A qualified referral is a friend, acquaintance, or recruit from another business who is hired by North Shore Bank and remains continuously employed with us for at least 180 days. (Someone who stops in at a branch to ask about a job is not a qualified referral, nor is a previous or current North Shore Bank employee.) All employees except for senior executives and HR staff are eligible for employee referral rewards, with the stipulation that district, branch, and department managers are not eligible if the referral is for a role they are responsible for.

To receive a referral payment, both you and your referral must be employed on the payment disbursement date. The first half of a referral payment will be paid out after the new hires’ first 30 days, and the remaining half paid out after 180 days.

To qualify for incentives, the Employee Referral Form must be filled out prior to your referral’s start date.
