It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

New HR specialist Morgan Stark previously worked at Dedicated Computing LLC for over 13 years, with six years in human resources there. What brought her here? “North Shore Bank’s vision, mission, and values were a huge attraction for me,” she says. “But the biggest attraction was the people I met during the interview process. They were all very friendly and welcoming, and everyone had a smile. I instantly knew I wanted to be part of this team!” When she isn’t here, Morgan is usually spending time with her family. “Odds are, I’m at a sporting practice or game for the kids,” she says. She adds that she is easygoing and has a sense of humor. “Stop by, call, or Jabber to say hi. I look forward to getting to know all of you!”

Jackson Park universal banker Stephanie Hernandez was born in Chicago and raised in Milwaukee. She previously worked as a freelance makeup rep for PÜR Cosmetics. “My best friends are my boyfriend and my 2-year-old Goldendoodle, Bailey. “I also love going to Mexico and seeing my family. Spending time with family is such a calming experience for me. You appreciate the simple life and you get to truly disconnect from everything back home.”
