Our journeys are often bumpy, so stop and appreciate your victories

In the coming decades, we will see the merging of humans with computer technology like never before. We will also see the convergence of many disciplines, so that we approach problems from many different angles. But this progress has not come without a few bumps. Your journey has probably been bumpy at times as well, but the progress you’ve made has made you stronger. You have come to know yourself better and have worked through many obstacles.

Try this meditation for one minute today, or longer if you wish:

We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done. —Alan Turing, British mathematician and computer scientist
