Bridget Sobocinski is the new branch manager at Grafton. She was previously an assistant branch manager with Tri City National Bank, before moving back to Ozaukee County from Milwaukee after getting married. She also has a strong background in retail management.

“I love that I get to manage a branch in my home county!” she says. “I love motivating a team to work together and achieve our goals. Empowering and equipping others to be their best is what I am passionate about.”

When she isn’t doing that, Bridget likes to bike, hike, enjoy game night with my husband and other family and friends, read, and volunteer.

“There is a local organization that serves people in crisis or going through seasons-of-life changes who would like weekly support, and I am one of the volunteer caregivers,” she says. “I love being a part of stabilizing forces in the community. So of course I’m also super excited to be part of the North Shore Bank team!”
