It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Customer assistance rep Elena Altoro-Rodriguez is from Milwaukee and previously worked at North Shore Bank, about seven years ago, before leaving to have her son. “With major life changes, sometimes you have to do what is necessary,” she notes. “The choice to transition back to NSB was simple, and perfect timing for both myself and the call center. I’m happy to be back!” Elena also works as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach, and hairstylist, and is a salsa and bachata dancer who performs with a dance company throughout the year.

Mortgage loan originator Tyler Marohl, working out of our Howard-Suamico office, was born and raised in Shawano and now lives in Pulaski. He previously worked for Wells Fargo and has almost a decade of mortgage experience. He says he aims to see things that other mortgage professionals may overlook. “I stay up to date on the latest complexities of mortgage lending, technology, and marketing techniques for lending and real estate,” he says. Tyler also DJs on the side, mainly doing larger events, including Badgers home games in Madison.
