This month, the North District invited internal customers to take the internal SOAR Together survey and rate their satisfaction with the service they’ve received from our branches. We received responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”

I am proud to announce that the North District scored 6.77 overall. The highest-scoring branches were Northland, with 6.88, and Green Bay East, with a 6.87.

The survey also asked if respondents wanted to recognize a particular person in the North District, and we received 132 of these employee recognitions. Northland and Allouez received the most (29 and 22).

It was hard to pick just a few, but these recognitions are representative of all of the great comments we received:

“Emmeline Knight-Guzman works with everyone, and she uses her Spanish to help those who speak limited English so they are aware of our benefits as a bank.”

“Aubrey Abrahamson is amazing. She always has a smile on her face, and is willing to help if I have questions, or talk through unique situations for another perspective.”

“The Northland staff are amazing to each other and to the customers! It’s amazing to watch the tellers greet the customers like family. I love it! I am also impressed with how each member of the team works on supporting each other and all the departments. A big shout-out to Kelly Kading, Tisha Kenfield, and Lacee Kalepp for sending prospects to me in the mortgage department.”

We also received 165 comments on the ease of doing business with the North District branches. Allouez received the most comments (24).

These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt how much our branches care for our internal customers. We’re grateful to everyone who completed the North District internal SOAR survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire district. —Kerri Collins, District Manager
