Wrap Up Rallies hand out awards for top performers of the year

The North Shore Bank branch teams got together with internal partners on October 24th and 25th to celebrate top performers and hand out awards at the annual Wrap Up Rallies!

The branch teams were awarded for both individual and team success across North Shore core production areas. Additionally, awards were given to the top branches in customer survey feedback, top employees receiving customer kudos, and security team.

Branch of the Year:

  • Germantown Branch
    As runner-up for Branch of the Year last year, Erica Hughes and the Germantown branch team were determined to take the top prize. Erica and Tarvinder Kaur (Personal Banker), along with new Lead Teller Nicholas Rodiez, brought home the trophy in 2023 as Branch of the Year.

Branch Managers of the Year:

    • Muskego Branch Manager Stephanie Ruiz
      Stephanie Ruiz and the Muskego team are no stranger to this award. They have won or been in close competition for the last several years. Muskego Personal Banker Matthew Cieslak, Lead Teller Mel Grode, and Associate Banker Sara Speich each took home honors as a top performer for their position as well.

    • Ashwaubenon Branch Manager Sharon Hack
      This is Sharon’s first time winning Branch Manager of the Year. Sharon and her team earned the top spot with 115% in all production categories. Assistant Manager Stevie Nemetz and Associate Bankers Leigha Johnson and Jenny Skenandore also took home trophies for their respective positions.

District Manager of the Year:

  • North District Manager Kerri Collins
    Kerri Collins and her North District team overcame long-term staffing challenges and other obstacles to reach the pinnacle. “Kerri is so dedicated to motivating and coaching people to new heights, it’s no surprise she is consistently a top performer. She works so hard to help each and every team member be the best that they can be, and I am so happy for her success,” said VP-Branch Sales Manager Craig Witz.

Special Recognition Award:

  • Sarah Speich (11 years)
  • Mickey Adams (8 years)
  • Sara Swosinksi (6 years)
    This award is given to employees who have been highlighted by customers for their service multiple years in a row.

“Our theme in 2024 is ‘Powered by Possibility’, and each of our branch employees has the possibility – the potential – to be a top performer. We’ll get there by dedicating ourselves to delivering high-touch service to every customer, every day. Let’s make it happen!” said Craig Witz in his closing remarks.
